Hello everyone,

I have submitted my appeal last week and would like to know if anyone has been in the same boat that how many days it will take to receive any reply from them and expected date of hearing. Any idea??

4-6 weeks before the tribunal gets back to you with a hearing date and then another 8-12 weeks before your hearing.

Hi I am also submitting my appeal...did you get a reply back for an oral hearing if you gave the same...what is port reference number on the appeal form...if oral hearing do we have to give all documentation or we can still take supporting evidence with us for the hearing and defend and talk for ourselves...I am confident enough to talk...or should I consult a solicitor...what is your suggestion please help...

i submitted my appeal 18th April and fee deducted from court tribunal 26th April. waiting for further reply.

Hi

My appeal was lodged on 28th of March and I paid the tribunal fee on 19th of April, waiting for hearing date. I am just wondering if the tribunal will have joint case hearing as so many of us got refusals around the same time.

Port number is required from those who are either detained or refused entry to the UK
