Temporary admission-Urgent help

Post by smiles345 » Sun Apr 28, 2013 9:24 am

my friend who work as a nurse in a care home who was given temporary admission at the heathrow airport after she came from a holiday on 24.03.2013. her employer had cancelled her Tier 2 sponsorship. but she had COS from another company [change of employment but thought of applying visa when she come from holiday] but the previous employer didnt give her a clue of cancelling her COS [ she was asked to resign due to over staff and find another employer but said they never cancel the COS unless she find another employer] the passports has been detained at the airport immigration , she now applied for Tier 2 change of employment without passport. her temporary admission only till 29.04.2013. after she came from holiday she received a letter on 26.03.2013 from UKBA [letter dated on 19.03.2013 that her leave has been cancelled and she got leave untill 18.06.2013. the solicitor applying for juditial review tomorrow. will there by any chance? she faxed the airport immigration with the new COS and tier 2 application form and the letter from UKBA , but they stick to their decision saying when she travelled abroad she lost all her chance. experts please reply. she is also pregnant for 7 months. any valid points for juditial review . any success with same case in the past ?

Maybe if you post your query in the tier 2 section http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewfo ... ecac728e13 you will get some responses.

Meanwhile just chill and relax and wait for the judicial review.
