WorldBridges Query on Visa

I made a query on our Visas through WorldBridges on the Apr 24. They got back with me in the 25th and said a decision had been made on our Visas and we would get a notification soon. Didn't get anything on the 26th. We got a notification on the 11th stating that they were at the Entry Officers desk and we would receive an update through the process. We have not gotten any email updates science the 11th is this normal? The personel I spoke with at World bridges said we could not do an online status check because were in US.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
