I can make fresh application if appeal unsuccessful

Recently lodged an appeal. I am Worried, In case if appeal unsuccessful still I can make fresh application or not.

because the refusal letter says :
If you choose not to appeal OR you appeal and the appeal is unsuccessful. you must to leave the united kingdom immediately.if you don't leave the united kingdom voluntarily, you will be removed to your country.

That depends on few factors. what was your refusal?

Reason for refusal :there is no landline number on the contract plus advertisement not enough.

I am pretty sure you will win the appeal don't worry! That's a very unfair decision by the UKBA gang.
