Tier 1 general Child Dependent visa refusal

Urgent Help needed on information about Child dependent visa:

My son who is 6 years and his visa got rejected based on 2 reasons:

Father and mother not living together and hence mother is not solely responsible for upbringing of the child and not serious family complications are also not stated.


father and child have not applied for entry clearance at the same time.

My concern for the child is more because father is a civil engineer and he travels a lot and he works in a remote city in India. The child is with grandparents now who is 65 years and has serious health complications and not able to take care of the child. Hence, I applied for my son's dependent visa now, where the father will be joining with us in couple if months.

My sincere request to help to make an appeal in writing a letter stating the above points. I need to make an appeal in 10 days time.

The child can't apply until the father has applied.
