Tier 2 ICT,Valid 4m Jan 2013- Change of Employment possible?

Hi, I am Soni, my details and questions are:

Chartered Accountant from India, Hence NQF Level 6
Working with Barlcays, On Tier 2 ICT - Short Term Migrant Visa valid from 22nd Jan 2013 for 12 months upto 21st Jan 2014

Ques 1. Can I change my employer? Can I look for Job in case some company likes me can they sponsor my change of COS?

Ques 2. If yes, will that company have to go for Labour market test?

Ques 3. In case I cant change my employer, can I extend Short term migrant to long term migrant ICT?

Ques 4. If I can shift from short term to long term ICT - Do I need to go back to India, and does it require cooling off period?

Ques 1. Can I change my employer? Can I look for Job in case some company likes me can they sponsor my change of COS? you cannot switch to a new sponsor/employer in-country, you would have to apply for entry clearance from your home country after 12 months cooling-off

Ques 2. If yes, will that company have to go for Labour market test?

Ques 3. In case I cant change my employer, can I extend Short term migrant to long term migrant ICT? yes you can, but you would have to apply for entry clearance from your home country. However, cooling-off wouldn't apply in this case. Min. salary £40,600 or the min. for the SOC code, whichever the higher.
Ques 4. If I can shift from short term to long term ICT - Do I need to go back to India, and does it require cooling off period?
