You need to comply with the requirement of academic progression too which require from tier 4 student to either join higher level of study or repeat same level if new course enchance/complement previous study. How can you prove it with ACCA since you already have MSC IT and both are dissimilar.

But for visa purpose you cannot change your field just like that. The reason of introducing Academic Progression rule is to stop these 'change of fields'.
