Administrative review from India

Hi,
I applied for administrative review from India last month and I got email from UKBA on last Thursday. In email they have instructed me to contact them and today when I contacted them they took my passport and told me to come later around 3pm to collect my passport. When I went at 3 they said that my passport is not ready and they will call me whenever they will be ready. Staff at British High Commission India didn't give me exact time or day to collect passport.
I am really scared that why they are doing this.

Is there anyone in this situation before? or any suggestion would be appreciated.
