Father and Son Applying for OCI Card

Post by samrat_g » Tue Apr 30, 2013 7:30 am

Hi,

I am applying for OCI card for myself and for my son. My wife is not eligible for OCI card as she is still having Indian Passport. The Indian High Commissioning, London, website suggest that for each family application Part B is common for all the applicants upto a maximum of 4. Now, since my wife is not applying along with us, I am not sure whether it will be considered as a family application(Father and Son).

Please can any one suggest whether I should fill the form as Family Application or as an Individual application.

Look forward to your assistance.

Regards

Samrat

Hi,
I'm doing the same today, for mother and son, but father has already got the OCI.

Just put a cover letter and explain that its just for the two of you.

Thanks for your reply. Regarding filling the form, should I leave the 'Spouse Section' blank or put not applicable.

A quick reply will be much appreciated.
