SECTION 5 - YOUR HOME AND FINANCES (Urgnet)

I am applying for ILR after 2 days ..I am confused about SECTION 5.6 - YOUR HOME AND FINANCES
I am on Tier1 Visa and applying for ILR with my wife.I am on permanent job and she is working as independent contractor

Do i need to mention here selary on section 5.6 of SET-O ILR Form which is

"Complete the following table indicating the sources and levels of income as indicated in 5.1 - 5.5 that you and your
partner are relying on to adequately maintain you and any dependants."

I am thinking to put my salary information only in this section as putting here salary means to provide more document and hassles.

It also mention word "adequately" .My salry is adqquate to maintain our finances.

My concern is that we have done lot of money transfer from her account to mine and UKBA people might ask from where that money is coming.

Please guide ..It is urgent as my appointment is day after tommorow.

You need to fill up section 5.6 if you are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave. Read the last para on page 11.

For large money transfer you can carry your wife's bank statements in second bag if case worker ask.

My wife is working as independent contractor ...Is carrying her bank account statement will be enough ?

Do I need to carry her company document (Like certificate of incorporation etc) ?

Taking extra documents in second bag is not any harm. Just provide those if case worker ask.

I been through the process and case worker didn't ask anything else but all this for mental satisfaction.

Carry all papers with you but show if only asked/needed.
