COS status: still assigned

Post by rubyni » Tue Apr 30, 2013 3:10 pm

Dear all,

its been 55 days since i posted my application. I did my biometric on the 25th of March. Just spoke to my HR - COS status is still assigned! its very frustration! this is my second application! Any suggestion in terms of what i can do or my HR can do?

Im just worried about my application being lost.

Are you able to work or not? If this delay is stopping you from working then the employer (sponsor) could write to their MP to get them involved. Once an MP gets involved in a case it gets treated properly.

No I'm not able to work due to expired leave.
Besides MP, is there another way?
