Number of attested copies for postal OCI

Hi,

I thought someone told me its 2 sets of photocopies for postal OCI, but on the website, it just says one set of photocopies. Is that correct?

Also, applied on family application for mother and son, even though father has already got the oci. so do we just mention in a cover letter that this is the case?

My 1 year old child was very difficult to photograph. he now has a photo but his mouth is open, but his eyes and all else is ok. its quite a task to get a photo of a child of this age? is this ok?

Now need to find someone who has an ink pad for his left thumb....

Help please urgent as posting tomorrow.

do you know if you have to take colour photocopies or is it ok to submit black/white ones
