Spouse Visa from the US

Post by mrsj75 » Tue Apr 30, 2013 11:44 pm

Hi everyone. :)

I was watching a video on youtube about how this woman from the US put her documents together and such. One of the things she mentioned was that they ask for MY work history and paystubs... I have been a stay at home mom for over a year now raising our newborn son, that we have together, along with my children from a previous relationship.

How will I be viewed because I am not working? He supports us and of course will be my sponsor. His income covers all of us for the financial requirements for the visa.

I'm worried enough about us getting this process started.
Will my not currently working factor into their decision at all?

The sponsor is there to provide for you so in essence no employment by you is needed providing your partner meets the requirements everything should be fine.
