FLR (M) Six months pay slips

Post by ragsncl » Wed May 01, 2013 10:40 am

Hi, Could you please advise on the below query on FLR (M) financial requirement? I am spnsoring for my wife.

I am applying as category A - six months continuous employment on the date of application.

I have worked for this new company for 7 months now. During christmas we closed for 4 days holidays (forced) since I joined only in November 2012, I had two days pay deducted from the December`s salary as I didnt have enough annual holidays.

Will this affect the application? Should I explain this in the covering letter?

I am getting a letter from the employer showing gross salary etc.

Bank statements for the last one year

Contract of Employment

Original Payslips

Please advise on this.

Thank you.

If gross minimum wage slip in last 6 months x 12 = threshold amount you'll be fine. Don't need the contract of employment.

hi, can you advise on the following, on section 7.3A (page 20) - Income from salaried employment - Only complete this section if you and/or your sponsor are working

do I have to give details of my wife`s wages as well even though I am earning over the required limit (£18,600 gross)?. She is working temporarily and also not permanent employee yet to add to this, she wasnt working the full 12 months prior to this current employment.

Can I detail in the covering letter that eventhough she is working, we are making this application on the basis that I am employed?

Thank you.

You should complete both if you are both working. The fact that you alone meet the financial requirement is enough to stop you worrying about what level of your partner's income will be accepted.

HI ,

I am applying Spouse visa FLR(M) with one child as dependent in Uk and i have ILR(long residency). Yearly gross salary required threshold is £22400 year.

I was deducting salaries from business account for past six month accurately from Nov 2014 to April 2015 .Gross Pay was 2083.33 per month.

But unfortunately due to accounting error , i deducted the £880 salary for May 2015 which is less than usual gross salary 2083.33 which also is projected annually 2083 * 12 = 24999.99 which was more safe than £22400 year.

now problem is ,
1)can i justify £880 salary slip if i do send all last six months payslips included £880 payslip May 2015? and how ?

2)Can i transfer remaining amount to gross up 2083.33 within the month as partial salary. if so, can i justify why doing that..

3) Can i sent the Calculation such as previous six salaries (2083.33 * 5 months) + £880(6th month salary) = 11296.65 and assuming remaining 6 month is 2083.33 * 6 =12496.65 if so,
can we justify like 11296.65 + 12499.98 = 23796.63 which is still more than threshold of £22400 year.

4) Shall i wait for completion of 12 months salaries to apply visa because wife PBS dependent expires march 2016.

please help me to get away with all scenarios in isolated world.

thanks
