ILR - Settlement Visa maintenance of funds

Post by Phani16 » Wed May 01, 2013 11:05 am

Hi All,

This is my first post and hope i would get all my clarifications sorted from this forum.

I'm currently on Tier 1 General migrant visa and would be eligible for ILR next month. I'm a self employed consultant and have my own limited company and currently draws salary as well. I have got an appointment next week ( 1 dependant ) and have the below clarifications.

1) Maintenance of Funds - For the past 90 days in the current account (salaried - personal account ),my minimum balance in the account is £1440 but if i include my flexi saver account it would be £1530.

It seems the maintenance of funds should be a minimum of £1500 (along with 1 dependent ). So would like to know if i can show the minimum balance of £1500 from both the accounts ( cumulative ).

2) or else , can i show the minimum balance from my business account ( company account ).

Please do get back to me at the earliest.

Thanks,
Phani
