BRP received but not PASSPORT

Post by anandpathak » Wed May 01, 2013 11:09 am

Hi All,
I searched for situation similar to mine in the forum especialy the Tier 1 extension timelines but coulnt find anything similar.
I applied for Toer 1 extesnion on 3rd April and Received decison on 24th April and got the BRP card ( wrong details but thats the different story)on 26th April 2013 . I am worried now as I havent received the Passport and Other documenst back yet. As per folks post , I have seen the Passport and documents is generally returned before the arrival of BRP . I am worried as its already 4 working days days now and these is no sign of my Passport and other documenst. I hope it doesnt end with a ROYAL mail tragedy :(
I want to write a mail for BRP correction but forced to wait till I receive the passport as the issue is with Visa validity end date and I would like to put case worker details in my mail.

Please help f you have any information on similar circumstance.
Is there a Email id /phone number where I can check the whereabouts of my passport and the Case worker details.

Cheers
Anand

I was in same situation when I initially applied for Tier1 general in 2011. I have received by BRP first and my passport and other documents week after so don’t worry you will get them soon :)

Thanks Mate,

I got my passport now.
Now I am preparing another tussle to get the BRP Validity date corrected as UKBA has wrongly given me only 2 years of extesnion instead of 3 .
Any suggestions from Experts or folks with similar experiences.
Cheers
Anand
