Hi guys,
There is a few questions here so pick and choose what you like to answer.
I am currently working in the UK on a Tier 5 visa that is due to expire at the end of June 2013. My current company is willing to sponsor me and have gone through the necessary steps of being a registered sponsor. I know I will be applying for a out of country VISA and will have to leave the country for a period of time.
They are now about to start advertising my role to pass the Resident Market Labor Test are planning to advertise it in Job Centre Plus and a totaljobs.com. Will this be sufficient for the RMLT?
My role sits in the SOC code 2423 Management Consultants and Business Analysts. My salary comfortably sits above the rate for an experienced employee based off my current 40 hours a week in my contract. Does the role description need to say some of the duties listed in 'example jobs tasks' or is my previous role description enough?
How much do they check with regards to the 'suitability' of other applicants? If my manager deems all the applicants to be unsuitable except me does that mean he doesn't have to conduct any interviews?
The time frames will be tight unfortunately and they are planning on submitting the COS application before the 5th June. Assuming they get a COS allocation will the number come through on the 11th straight away?
If I apply on the internet for my VISA (I am from Australia so this is possible) can I do this say as soon as I have a COS number and then fly back attend my bio metrics interview?
Is the COS number enough 'documentation' to provide with my VISA application?
With regards to the VISA application under 'Have you ever traveled to the UK in the last 10 years?'. I have traveled a fair bit in/out of the country on my current Tier 5 VISA is it enough to just say multiple trips between June 2011 - June 2013 or do I have to list every time I entered/left the country?
When I leave the UK I notice they ussualy don't stamp your passport, do I need to tell UKBA that I have left at a specific time (before my VISA ends) so they don't think I have breached my initial conditions?
Thanks for your help guys, sorry for the mass of questions...
