ILR AT PEO WITHOUT DEPENDANT

Post by ssidd » Wed May 01, 2013 1:20 pm

Dear Members,

Just Need an advice about ILR,

I am planning to attend PEO in couple of weeks without my dependent. At the moment I am on TIER 1 VISA and she is my dependent. Just need to double check that

Is it ok if I apply her ILR later on by post or PEO?

Kind Regards,
Sidd

I am in the same boat with dependent but she isn't eligible for indefinite yet so am planning to go for PEO by myself and once my ILR is successful then i can either send her visa by post or via PEO totally would be your decision.
