5 years after Asylum, Can I visit Home?

Post by ANB » Wed May 01, 2013 3:39 pm

I got ILR through Asylum 9 yrs ago and have been in the UK ever since. As a condition, I should not visit the country from which I fled. Does this still apply after 5 years? I need to travel to my home country and return to and fro the UK as and when necessary.

My long expired passport was renewed through my country's Embassy. I do not wish to appy for UK Citizenship. What are my options? Many thanks in advance.
