Urgent – ILR application query.

Can someone please tell me whether a CCJ order will effect the ILR application or not? This CCJ had been made by mistake and we never seen it so court passed the order in our absence. As soon as we seen the CCJ order we apply to set aside judgement last week. Do I show this CCJ in application form or leave it? do they have system to check CCJ orders.
