New Born Baby Visa

Post by PranavPandya » Wed May 01, 2013 10:27 pm

I have 5 year UK work permit from 10/02/09 to 10/02/2014

I have a query, my Indefinite is due on 10th February 2014, My wife is pregnant and we are expecting baby in the month of August
I want to send her to India in July for having baby born in India and she will be coming back in the month on November.

I have two query, and I would appreciate if you can assist me in the following

1) Will my baby get the VISA for UK, if My visa validity is remaining for 4 months , when I apply for my baby visa

2) Will there be any problem for my wife to applying for PR as she will be out of country for 6 months
She come in this country on 17 July 2010.

I look forward for your reply

Thanks and Regards,
