Family visit visa

Hi
Can anyone help me to file family visit visa for my brother in india

1. In my brother account balance is around 1 lakh rupees(£ 1300)
2. I am showing british passport copy, tenancy agreement , 6 months payslip and 2 months bank statement ( 1st balance £2200 & 2nd month balance is £4200)
3. One of my friend said they will ask at least 3 months statement
Is it mandatory requirement
The reason I don't want to show previous month statement because the closing balance was £ 550 only, if add this month statement definitely they will refuse

"If you will supply financial support and accommodation for your visitor, and/or you will pay for their travel to the UK, they will need to provide:
copies of your bank or building society statements and payslips for the last 6 months; or
a copy of your savings account book."
