Dependant's applcaton form

Post by jarus4045 » Thu May 02, 2013 1:36 am

Guys,

I am applying for extension T1-general along with my spouse.
I am bit confused with two points in the Dependant's application form:

1. Page 28 (M9) Please tick the box below:
-I can confirm that I am providing evidence of having £600 in available funds.

2. Page 29 (M13) You must provide the evidence that you have access to available funds in order to support yourself. Please tick the relevant box to confirm what evidence you are supplying.
-Personal bank or building society statements covering a consecutive 90 day period

I as a main applicant has maintain the balance of more than £(900+600) over 90 days But the sufficient fund is not maintained in my spouse's account.

My doubt is: The clause M9 and M13 looks like that the dependant must have maintenance fund in her account rather than in Principal account.

Can anyone clarify it to me please?

Also, which method of payment is better; visa-card or postal order?

:?: :?:

Thats fine, maintenance fund can be in main applicants account ( anyway most of the applicants does the same)...explain this in your cover letter.

You can choose any of the payment method, if you have time get postal order.

All the Best,
Uday
