your T2 EC from employer 2 was within 28 days of the first T2 expiring so you can aggregate T2 & T1 period for ILR

I entered the country after 3 months 23 days (i.e. Jan 23rd 2010) after my Tier2 was issued on 12th October 2009. Will that be ok for the ILR?

should be fine i think as the document says EC date and not travel date, doublecheck nonetheless, the 3 months 23 days might be counted as absences
