Self written letter explaining my absences during last 5 years. Employer letter not required for my absences because these were not work related.
That’s all I want to present with my ILR Application and I hope that is enough and meeting UKBA requirements.
Further to this, I have an inquiry about a traffic offence dated back in May-2009 (before my Tier-1 application) for which I was summoned by the Court I has submitted my reply and Court fined my £600 (all Paid) + 6 points, and in 03/2010 I got FPN £60 + 3 points for use of mobile phone while driving, but court was not involved this time, hence my licence got cancelled at this occasion because 6 points is a max in first two years of new licence. They said now I need to pass theory and practical again in order to get a brand new fresh license.
I had declared all above in my Tier-1 application and there was not any issue at all regarding this. Do I need to declare these again in my ILR, is it a must to declare now and what if I don’t declare.
Please throw some light on this issue and advise me on this issue. While looking at my documents list if anything missing pls point out.
Thanks to everyone reading this post.
Seniors are requested to give their advice for good. Thanks a lot in advance.
