Arrived at PEO at 9.35 AM. My appointment was at 10:15 AM.
Token given at 10.20am.
Called in at 10.35am.
came out with approved from case worker at 11.
Finished biometric by 12.
Was out for lunch for 1.5 hours.
Then collected my documents and letter at 1.30pm
CW took old and new PPs and then my application. then she took my absences letter. My absences were as follows.

Gave absences sheet along with letters from employer for paid absences. For year1,2 I gave letter from previous employer confirming paid annual leaves. For year5,4 self generated letter for business trips and paid leave as I am working through my own limited company. She looked at the sheet then the letter from my employer but did not look at my own letter for much. She just glanced through all and did not look in detail.
Then she went inside and took the card payment and came and gave us back the card filled sheet as it had our card details.
Then life in uk test results. Gave it. She asked me and my wife so who do you think would have scored more? We both pointed at each other. She told my wife scored highest in the batch and was topper and got all results right. I scored one wrong. We were eased out of tension after this point as case worker was completely cool and relaxed with us from then on we felt. She asked my wife to take a big treat at a good restaurant and make me pay
Then she asked for income proof. Gave them. She checked CA letter, tax document compared bank statement and payslip and asked whether i used the same account for maintenance as well. Then business bank statements. Asked me what I did whether i worked for simultaneous clients or just one. i told just one client at a time. She went inside did some checking. Then I gave her my savings account for maintenance as the earlier one was just my current. She took them but she said she was giving us ILR as everything was perfect!
No cohabitation proof asked or submitted though bank statement and life in uk were both our names in our addresses. I was panicking about the cohab proof not given my wife basically asked me to be happy that we have got it and not fret anymore
The whole thing took just under 25 minutes that is proof submission.

1. Set(0) form and old and new PPs of all myself and dependants
2. Life in the UK test results myself and spouse
3. Absences sheet with employer letters for all 5 years

c. Dividend vouchers (self generated)
d. Tax return document and SA0302 for proof of income
e. letter from CA
5. Business bank statements (asked)
It was all very easy and then I got my Biometric today on 2nd day as my appointment was on Tuesday.
