Switching from Tier 2 (ICT) to Tier 2 (G)

Hi,

I have a Tier 2 ICT Established Staff visa issued in July 2010. My visa is due for renewal in August this year. Can I convert it to Tier 2 General at the time of renewal while still working for the same company or is switching my sponsor company the only option to convert to Tier 2 General.

You would have to switch sponsor, ie company. Thems the rules.
