Wondering after getting ILR if you apply for child tax credit, Child benefit or housing benefit while working full time would create problem for your naturalization or any other issue.

Following ILR there is no problem claiming any benefit that your circumstances dictate you are entitled to.

I assume that your partner (if you have one here) is settled or a British citizen?

ILR is a settled status and you can claim all those benefits for which you are eligible.
