Sponsoring a partner

Post by MY » Fri May 03, 2013 12:00 am

Hi all,
My cousin who is a British citizen has got a one year old baby who was born in the UK.Her husband lives in Africa. She wants to sponor him and bring him to the UK.But she only works 16 hours a week.Understanding there have been some changes, can she still sponsor him to live with his wife and son in the UK?
Hoping to hear your views as always.
