New Born's Birth registration at Indian Consulate forms

Hi,

I am a BC (with OCI) and my wife is an Indian citizen. We wish to register our new born as Indian citizen. So far I am been able to find the following link where there are numbers of forms available but they all require to have both parents Indian passport copy. Does anyone knows where can I find information / forms for the registration of the child as Indian citizen where only one parent is Indian citizen?
