new story of refusal

my 2 friends applied in 200k category in December 2012. 3rd party funding from pakistan
one got visa in April.
other got refusal end april
Reason of refusal.
She did ESOL awarded by Trinity college London (UKBA approved)
Trinity gave 3 certificates. but in the SELT list of UKBA they require a "Summary Slip" and " Certificates" but trinity only provided certificates.

UKBA refused saying that they requested us to send summary slip ( while we did not receive any letter from ukba regarding this ) which was not provided so no points for english and hence refused.

they did not phone or email us.

they should contact trinity as well for its confirmation but not.

we are going for appeal, let us see what happens.

any advise please!

shocking for all. Trinity and Toic certificates cannot be verified. their data is not centralized.

I have given the case to a lawyer he is going to submit an appeal.

let us see what happens.
