over 18 dependant

Post by questionboard » Fri May 03, 2013 2:08 pm

Have been living in the country continously for for 11 years in october 2013. Have two 20 year olds who are not in education, but doing 20 hours work with a bank, cause we couldnt afford the international student fees for them to go to the Uni. These two came into the country as my dependant since 2004 at age 11years, did secondary education and A levels here in the country.
Currently on dependant visa Highly skilled expiring in October ending. These guys are still living with me on the same status (Dependant)
Planning to apply for my ILR this October, a bit confused what form to use to apply for their ILR cause they've been here for 9 years and they are over 20.

What is the status of your own residency and through which route did you come to UK?
