Caution Effect On Tier 1 Extension

Hello All;

I got my appointment booked with UKBA for my TIER1 extension.
I had one caution 2 yrs back.
I just Want to know Will it effect my extension.
or should I take any proof of caution to visa officer.

I just Cannot think What should I do..

Please tell me.

There is no impact for extension.
