Applying ILR in UK under any exemption rule

Post by Chemist » Fri May 03, 2013 4:55 pm

Dear All
My question is: if there are any possibilities to apply to ILR in UK under any exemption rule? (I know the rules are after 2, 5, 10 or 14 years).

I am here in the UK from 9/2006 - 9/2009 Tier 4 (student visa), then 9/2009 - 3/2012 Tier 4 (student dependant), and finally from 3/2102 - 5/2014 Tier 2 (general work permit) sponsored by University.

My older daughter (has be born in UK) 5 years, Young daughter (has be born in UK) 4 years, and also we are expecting a new baby after 2-3 weeks

Please let me know if I can apply for ILR after under any exemption rule

I hope to hear from you as soon as possible.

Best regards

Chemist
