B9; If you are currently known by or have ever been known by any other name, please provide details in the box below:

Hi All,

I am a spouse of a T1G applicant. We have our visa extension coming up on 9-July-2013.

My last name was changed after marriage. I have my old passport with my maternal last name and the new passport with my new last name.

Is this enough evidence for question B9? I could not find a list of allowed documents!
