Hi everyone
I wonder if someone is able to guide me for my visa extension as its due soon and I am having a stressful time these days.

I have my visa extension due soon for Tier 2 sponsor skilled visa. I am working for the same sponsor with same job for which I need to do my extension. My 1st question is do i need to have exact job title and description as is mentioned in codes of practices or is it ok for the job description to be a bit different from the one mentioned in SOC codes AND THE JOB TITLE need to be exactly same as mentioned there. Lets suppose my job title what was mentioned in the previous application was SYSTEM OPERATION SPECIALIST now this job title is not mentioned exactly as it is in the category but there are others same like SYSTEM ANALYST etc. Also for extension I am going to submit only three months of my payslips as a proof of my wages.
