Change in ILR 10 Year long residence application

I have applied for my ILR -10 years long residence category 3 months ago in which forum members of immigrationboards.com have had a great support in filling up my application form. I heard that there is a change has come in application now. Long residence category applicant can no longer apply using SET(O) FORM. A new form and various requirements also asked for. Can anybody varify this please providing a link in the UKBA site as I could not find it.
