switching from psw to tier 4 general student

Dear Mr/Madam,
I am on PSW visa & my visa valid until september 2013. My wife is dependent on me.

I came in this country as a post graduate student on July 2007. I spent my whole stay here as a Tier 4 general post graduate student untill I got my PSW on september 2011.

Now i want switch from PSW to as a Tier 4 General Student.

1.I WANT YOUR ADVICE HOW MANY MORE MONTHS OR YEARS I CAN STAY HERE AS A TIER 4 GENERAL STUDENT?

2. HOW MUCH & FOR HOW LONG BANK STATEMENT I NEED TO SHOW, IF I APPLY TIER 4 (GENERAL STUDENT) & MY WIFE DEPENDENT VISA ON ME AT SAME TIME.

3.CAN WE BOTH WORK?

4. CAN WE MAKE OUR APPLICATION INSIDE UK WITHOUT LEAVING IT?

Tier 4 only began from march 2009 so you could not have had tier 4 leave from 2007.

What did you study from 2007 to 2011 and for how long?
What do you intend to study now and where?

Dear Thanks for concern and sorry for late reply.
I am interested in MSC IT & Management. I am looking for admission from LSC for september 2013. I would like to know that, I am an international student. I came in this country July 2007 on basis of MBA course.
But when I came here, I changed my course & college and have following Qualifications after that

• Diploma in Business Administration: August 19th 2008 (London school of Business & computing)
• Postgraduate Certificate(PGC): March 12th 2010 (Anglia Ruskin University)
• Postgraduate Diploma(PGD): September 2010 (south west college)
• MBA: August 30th 2011 (University of Wales Institute Cardiff)

I have been issued PSW visa in September 2011 for 2 years. I have following queries,

1. Would be I eligible to get Admission?
2. Will be there any issue of Academic Progress & Time duration (Max 5 years of study on postgraduate level, UKBA) according to Home Office rules?
3. How would you calculate my Time Duration during studying in this country?

Your Best option would be a Tier 2 General Workpermit. UKBA can reject your further application for Tier 4, on 5 years max. groud.
