You are confused.... That clause is not for PSW cases, but other general cases which fall under option a, b and c.Legal Advisor wrote:Hi Everyone,
The policy guidance for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Extension application states:
You get 20 points for extension if:
B. You have:
• registered with HM Revenue & Customs as self-employed; or
• registered a new business in which you are a director; or
• registered as a director of an existing business.
Where your last grant of entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain was as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant, one of the above conditions must have been met within six months of the specified date.
Question: How can PSW converted Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa holders fulfil this requirement when they already registered a new Company within three months before applying for Tier 1 (E) Initial application??
Thank you in advance for your help!!

Only PSW cases have to register business before applying. All other cases have to register after the visa is granted and that must be done within 6 months after the visa is granted.
