Hi ,anyone can help to answer,my visa application for t1 entreprenour has been refused due to the following grounds.1)the affidavit from third party is not signed by me.2)my name is not published on advertisement material ,while I am company director ,only my company name and contacts are published ,I had appeal against this decision through a law firm.and I am providing another affidavit from third party to the tribunal ,how many chances I have to win the case.many thanks

Hi

Seen ur refusal basis, first one is u havnt signed the third party declaration which is valid basis for refusal coz its clearly mentioned in policy guidance that applicant must sign the declaration
Mostly barristers and solicitors misguide the applicant that no need to worry how come u wud sign when u were here and third party overseas they dont know which clearly shows how they become barristers coz its clearly mentioned in policy guidance that declaration cud be signed infront of 'one or several legal representative'
THe word several legal representative clearly shows that ur sponsor sign cud be infront of legal representative from back home and ur signature cud be in front of legal representative from uk
2nd basis was ur name shud be in advertisement material , its such a big requirement which shud not be missed coz not only its mentioned in policy guidance but also it depicts the person providing the services

I think there may be no restriction for someone to put his/her statement before a solicitor /commissioner of oath in regards and in support to the third party declaration, separately and attach it with the original declaration. However, let me clear this that the word "a single letter covering all third-party permissions, or several letters from several legal representatives" it means if an applicant relies on several third party funds providers,in that case he can provide several legal representative letters, for example,A is third party ensuring £10k from south Africa,B is third party ensuring £40k from America,so third party from south Africa will provide letter from legal representative in SA and the second third party will provide a letter from Legal representative in America.

Further,it is clear that the a letter from legal representative,"""must be from a legal representative permitted to practise in the country where the third party or the money is"

Hopfully this will clear your confusion.
