Section 3 - Director or employee

Post by Waiting123 » Mon May 06, 2013 9:45 pm

Hi,

I’m eligible to apply for BC on 8th July 2013.

I have been working as Director of my limited company(contractor) since last three years. I will be joining as a permanent employee of a public company on 24th June 2013,

In Section 3, should I put the joining public company name/details in Section 3 OR keep my limited company and enter details in AN application as Director?

Could you please suggest me the best option?

Thank you

At time of application, you are a limited company director also an employee of your limited company.

You have to tick both employee and director. No need to worry about future employment. You have to consider present status.

Thank you.

At the time of my application I will be working as support analyst for ICAP(UK public company) and also if I choose I can be a director of my limited company.

I was wondering, which would be the best option as I would have worked for ICAP for just a week or two?

In that case, You can use your permanent job. Only specify as a Employee.

If you are still receiving any income to your limited company then specify the Director option. Otherwise no need to consider Limited company option.
