Tier 4 to Tier 2 visa

Hi All,

I am currently on a Tier 4 visa but would like to switch to a Tier 2 Visa asap. Is it possible for me to switch to Tier 2 without completing my current program?

I have previously obtained a MSc in the UK and now doing my MBA. I have a company that is willing to Sponsor me but need clarification on whether I can switch from Tier 4 to TIer 2 WITHOUT CONCLUDING MY CURRENT STUDIES.

Once you successfully switch over to tier2 then you will need to live in accordance of tier2 rules and therefore, completing/not completing MBA is irrelevant to it.
