Hi,

I am going to apply for my kid . Just wanted to know whether they verify and return all originals including passport and BRP cards or do they take that as well.

As my daughter still has valid to leave till march 2014, we wanted to go to india and come back while the citizenship is in process.

Yes the NCS will take copies and give you the original back.

Will it affect our citizenship process if my wife stays back in india for more than 3 months. Is there any absence rule for citizenship.

No restriction on applicant presence post application, but obviously applicant would need to come back to UK to attend citizenship ceremony if naturalisation is granted.
