Urgent-WP+Tier1 --Eligibility for ILR-28 days - PEO Thursday

Hello Expert,

I received Work permit by Jan 2008,the first entry was 26 may 2008.
I got my Tier1 by 26 May 2009.The current Tier 1 expires on 26 May 2014.

Shall I apply ILR before 28 days,which is 09-MAY-2013?
OR
I should apply after completing 5 years only?

I have PEO on Thursday.Please advise ASAP.

If you have UKBA reference please provide the same.

In this link they say don't apply before 28 days. In other words you can apply if you are within 28 days. I know several folks who have applied before 5 years but within the 28 day window.

Please dont apply and try to get an online appointment later which should be plenty for ILR. Normally the probability of more questions will be from the case worker

My supp docs are fine.I am just 16 days ahead..
Still have valid visa until May 2014.
