FLR O question

few questions on FLR (O) ?

My 19 old daughter is going to apply for FLR (O) soon. she is dependant on me. I recently approved ILR.
1. Do I need to send my passport and BRP with her application? (She did apply twice as my dependant with me last 5 years in UK.)
2. Who needs to answer the question at Section 6B Private Life? Only those who ticked Private Life category in Section 3 or everybody?
