Working Tier 1 Dependant for ILR Set(O) Application

Hi I'm on tier 1 general and will be applying for ILR next year March 2014 along with my wife and two kids as my dependants.My question is regarding my wife as she is started doing small buisness at the moment and is earning about £200 per month.

My question is will I need to declare her as self employed and provide any documentation proving her buisness credentials? I looked through the set-o form but couldn't find any reference.
