one my friend married to a girl who is under leave to remain (refugee visa holder) from his country and it is an arrange marriage year ago in uk and now he wants to switch his visa . so he met some immigration lawyers but none of them gave him a exact requirements and he is confused now, so therefore please let me know the details of requirements and under which category that he can apply for the visa.
