Tier 1 (General) visas

Hi all,
me and my husband both are indians.
I am on PSW visa at the moment and got married in UK. my husband holds a Tier 1 General visa for next 3 years.

my questions are

1) do i have to go back to India to apply for a dependent visa? can i not apply from UK as i am already living here since oct 2010 (like 2 years approximately)?
2) we have 2 month old baby born in UK. Can i apply for her dependent visa along with mine in India?
3)how much funds does my husband need to maintain in his bank account in UK?
4)what is the current fees in India, that i have to pay for me and my baby? i mean..as my baby is just 2 month old...will she have any lesser fee?

1. Apply outside the UK
2. Yes
3. 600 per applicant for three months
4. There are no reduced fees for minors. The current fees can be found on the UKBA site.
