Family Visitor Visa (Help Please)

Hi,
I need help from you in completing section 5 for form (My Brother is professor in engineering college and lives with my father in our own home)..I am completing form on behalf of my brother.

There will be total 4 person (My brother/his wife and two sons) visiting me for 1 month

I will be sponsoring his visit

These are questions from Section 5

1) What is your total monthly income from all sources of employment or occupation after tax

Ans --43000 INR per month

2) Do you receive income from any other sources ,including family or friend

What should i write here as he get some money from my father (rent etc).

3) Do you have savings ,properties or other income for example share and stocks ?

He has 160000 LIC Money back policy which he will get next year.

Should i say yes here ?

4) How much of your monthly income is used to support your family member or other dependents ?

15000

5) How much you spend on living costs

20000

6)How much money is availaible for your visit ?

What should i mention here...As he has very low balance in his bank account ?

I will be sponsring his whole visit

7) Who will pay for your visit

My Brother

8..) Who will pay for food and accommodation

My brother

9) if someone other than you is paying for all or any part of this visit how much money they will give it you

I will mention 500000 INR

10) What is cost of you personally of your stay in UK

None as My brother will bear all expenses.


Please let me know if these answers are correct specially question 6
