Few Questions

Post by INNOCENTY » Fri May 10, 2013 10:25 am

hello everyone,
l am a new member here and l have few questions l want to ask concerning the EEA1 and EEA2 application.
l am an EEA national and my hubby is non EEA national, we recently got married and we want to apply for EEA1&2 respectively but we dont know if it will be right for me to do so as an EEA national because l have only lived here 1 year and 3month.
The section 3 of the EEA1 form is also what l dont understand, will l fill in the details of my NON EEA family member?

And the list of document we have are;

international passports
Marriage certificate
Tenancy contract agreement
Employment contract
Gp letter
Utility bills in my hubby's name
letter from my employer
Hubby's voters card

Pls will the above be sufficient?

Again, do we have to include my divorce paper from my previous marriage because it is written on our marriage certificate that my previous marriage is dissolved.

Thank you all.

Section 3 in EEA1 form is only for EEA national family member. Non of any section need to be filled with non-eu family in EEA1 form. Moreover, if you as an EEA national working then you only need to send your employment contract and letter from employer along with passports, marriage certificates, pictures etc.

For a married couple and if EEA national is a worker for EEA2 and EEA1 application UKBA only needs marriage certificate, pictures, passports, EEA national job contract/employer letter. Just go through application form again the same UKBA needs in documents section.

Did you get your EEA2 Permit with your picture on it? These pictures (photographs)?

Certificate/notification of marriage dissolution is primarily needed for marriage registrar office but UKBA only need current marrige certificate along with the required documentation as shown on application form itself. You can refer to the following guideline as what they actually need:

We submitted our application 3/6/2013 and received our COA dated 7/6/2013 with right to work for my husband.....................,
We called the NI people and got a date for interview for my husband, though we are not sure my husband will get the NI but we want to try............Does anyone have this experience?
Again l have a new good job offer, what can we do in this regard bearing in mind that we just submitted this month 3/6/2013? should l take the job or will it affect our application?
